The luxury property is located in St Ives Bay Beach Resort, Hayle, overlooking St Ives Bay. The Property is in a quieter area within the park, with privacy and just a very short 5 min walk from the Golden sand beach and is nestled within the sand dunes. The property is recommended for those with mobility issues as the parking is directly outside and the ground is flat.
This holiday home is for members of the TVP Group Insurance Trust, including, officers, staff and retired members.
Sleeps up to 8 people. Master Double room with En Suite, 2 x Twin Rooms and Double Sofa Bed. Seperate Family Bathroom with Bath.
The kitchen is well equipped with full size Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and there is central heating throughout the lodge.
Dogs welcome. Outdoor hot and cold hose to help clean dogs and footwear.
The Holiday Home can be booked on a first come, first serve basis and payment is required at the time of booking. The amount charged is significantly less than you would pay normally to stay in a property such as this.
Stays are Sunday to Sunday with check in at 1600 and check out at 1000hrs.
The park itself is open all year round, however the facilities such as the swimming pool, bars, children’s activities and site Shop etc are seasonal and open April – October inclusive. (please view Away Resorts Website for full details of what is available and what will be open during your stay)
Charges for stays starting Jan 2027
Out of season – Nov-Mar £450 per week
Off Peak – Apr-Oct outside of school holidays £725 Per week
Peak – School Holidays (Apr – Sept) £995 per week
School Holidays Feb and Oct – £800 per week
Xmas / New Year weeks – £800 per week.
The Lodge comes with the following (not an exhuastive list):
Cooker with oven and grill, Air Fryer, Dolce Gusto Coffee machine, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Bath and Shower,Hot Tub, Smart TV’s in all rooms, Wifi, Large fridge freezer. Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, 2 Parking spaces
Also, the twin rooms can be made into a double bed. If you require this just let Guest Services know prior to your arrival using the reference they email you prior to your stay.
