TVP Holiday Homes

There are two Federation holiday homes situated at Sandy Balls Holiday Park in the New Forest and two group insurance trust holiday homes located in cornwall

The Federation properties are available to be booked by all subscribing members of the Federation. The Trust Holiday Homes are available to be booked by all members of the Group Insurance Trust. 

  • The dates are available on a first come, first served basis. (1 booking per member a year, unless you are a subscribing Fed and GIS member then you may book at both)
  • The duration of the stays will be midweek, 4 nights and weekend, 3 nights during term time. (except GIS property which is Sunday to Sunday 7 day stays).
  • For all school holidays (Bucks, Oxon, Berks) the Federation Lodges are available for 7 night stays only.
  • Please ensure you read the T&C’s for the property

Sandy Balls Lodge 1

Our two bedroom (1 double & 1 twin) Premium Vista Lodge is situated in a quiet area of Sandy Balls Holiday Park.

  • Sleeps up to 6 people as there is also a luxury sofa bed in the lounge.
  • The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and there is central heating throughout the lodge.
  • To the rear is a patio garden with an 8 seater hot tub installed in 2022.

Lodge 1 is pet friendly and a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A £25 surcharge per booking will apply.

Sandy Balls Lodge 2

Our two bedroom Abi Beaumont Lodge is from the indulgent range and can sleep up to 6 people (1 double, 1 twin & sofa bed in lounge) located at Sandy Balls Holiday Park.

Featuring:

  • Master bedroom with king size bed and luxury en-suite bathroom.
  • The kitchen is very well equipped and there is central heating throughout the lodge.
  • The lodge is conveniently located at the top of the park with the swimming pool, shop and restaurants a minute’s walk away.

St Ives Beach Resort – Porth point 8

The luxury lodge is located in St Ives Bay Beach Resort, Hayle, overlooking St Ives Bay.

  • Sleeps up to 8
  • Parking
  • 3 Bedrooms, one double En Suite, 2 twin rooms also double airbed.
  • Hot Tub on decking area with views out to the sea
  • Stays are Sunday to Sunday with check in at 1600 and check out at 1000hrs.
  • Dogs Welcome (2 max, Please keep dogs off the furniture.)
  • Outdoor hot and cold hose to help clean dogs and footwear.

The park itself is open all year round, however the facilities such as Swimming pool, bars, shops, children’s activities etc are seasonal and only open April – October inclusive. Please ensure you check the Away Resorts Website for full details.

st Ives Beach Resort – Lowarn Haven 73

The luxury lodge is located in St Ives Bay Beach Resort, Hayle, overlooking St Ives Bay. This accommodation is recommended for those with mobility issues due to parking directly outside and on flat ground. 

  • Sleeps up to 8
  • Parking for 2 cars
  • 3 Bedrooms, one double En Suite, 2 twin rooms and double sofa bed.
  • Hot Tub on decking area. 
  • Nestled within the sand dunes and a few minutes walk from the Golden Sand beach.
  • Stays are Sunday to Sunday with check in at 1600 and check out at 1000hrs.
  • Dogs Welcome (2 max, Please keep dogs off the furniture.)
  • Outdoor hot and cold hose to help clean dogs and footwear.
